In Central West and North West Queensland - following the Western Queensland floods in early 2025, Michelle travelled to and worked with businesses in the region during the initial recovery stage, and developed a strong affinity for the region’s communities and business.

Happily, she is continuing to grow this connection by providing dedicated support to small businesses to deal with current challenges (disaster and non-disaster) and plan for a strong future.
