The Remote Area Planning and Development Board (RAPAD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Morgan Gronold as Chief Executive Officer. Long-serving CEO David Arnold is embarking on a new phase in his career - moving into a new role of Executive Officer for RAPAD’s delivery areas of the Rural Financial Counselling Service North Queensland (RFCSNQ) and Farm Business Planning North Queensland (FBPNQ).
